Grace Navigation is a white label configurable chat experience with a symptom checker, care recommendation, appointment scheduling, virtual doctor visits, and FAQ. My role as senior product designer was to define features, user experience, product scope and provide design deliverables such as flow charts, dialogs, icons, style guides and chat persona to developers on the project.
